How The AusPath Online Membership & Application Process Works.

HOW DO I APPLY?

  1. Go to www.crm.auspath.agency and click Join Our Premier Agency Now!
  2. Our AusPath Onboarding Manager will review your application for Approval. This generally happens within 2 business days.
  3. You can also click on the How To Blog Posts for more information on how to become a registered Nurse or Carer in Australia through AusPath.
  1. Click on Nurse, Allied Health or Skilled Workers Registration depending on your role.
  1. Create a Username & Password.
  2. Enter your Email Address & Confirm it.
  1. Choose a Profile Image to upload. Or you can do that later. Just remember that the more information you provide, the better.
  2. Enter your Name, Address and Contact info.
  1. Check all the boxes for the Ahpra OBA tasks you have completed.
  2. This lets us and employers know where you are in the registration & application process.
  3. The further down the steps the better it is and the closer you will get to your career in Australia.
  1. Complete the Age and Experience fields.
  2. Tell us how you heard about us.
  3. Let us know your experience and answer some questions that the employers want to know.
  1. With File Uploads you don’t need to choose a file just yet to upload unless you have them. Only our Approved Team, Migration Agents & Super Agents will be able to view your documentation.
  2. These can be screenshots in image format or pdf files or word docs etc.
  3. If you have your Resume, you can upload it now. We will also provide a Resume template to you after you apply. Please use our template as that is what our Employers want to see, and it will greatly assist with your application. Do not put your contact details in your Resume for privacy reasons.
  4. Our Portal provides one easy place to keep all your required documentation for employment offers, sponsorships & your visa application. So please make sure you add the required information as it comes to hand, and you progress through the application process.
  5. Read & check the Privacy & Consent boxes.
  6. Click Submit & Confirm.
  7. You will get an email confirming registration and some more instructions and your login details.
  1. Your Application is now pending approval.
  2. You will be able to view your Application details and make any changes.
  3. But before you do that make sure you then click to Book A Call with our Onboarding Manager to ask any other questions.
  1. Your Email Confirmation includes a link to Book a Call also.
  2. And to download the Resume template.
  3. You can edit the Resume template in Word and sign it electronically. Save it and upload it to your Portal.
  1. The Book a Call link will take you to our onboarding manager’s online calendar.
  1. Select a time. The call will be by video chat on Google Meets.
  2. Please make sure you add it in your calendar and be ready at the appointed time.
  1. Click Confirm.
  1. Enter your name and email.
  2. Share anything if you have questions.
  3. Select your country and enter your mobile phone number.
  1. Click Schedule Event to book your call.
  1. You call is now booked with our Onboarding Manager.
  1. You will get an email confirming your booked call.
  2. There will be a link to Join with Google Meet.
  3. Accept the invite to add it to your online/Google Calendar.
  4. Make sure you click the Join with Google Meet button a couple of minutes prior to your call. You can use your computer or smart phone.
  5. Our Onboarding Manager will let you into the video chat at the designated time.
  1. On the Call you can ask questions and we will provide more details on your Application process.
  1. Your Membership is Now Pending approval.
  2. You will be able to view your Membership details and make any changes by clicking Edit Profile.
  3. You can start uploading documents at any time now.
  1. That’s it, you will get an email saying your membership is Approved within a couple days.
  2. You can click the Membership Account link to log into your Membership Portal and add further details and verifications as you progress through your Ahpra Nurse registration process.
  3. Your details will now be added to our Nurses Directory for our Employers to set-up interviews and make Employment Offers to work in Australia.
  1. You will also get a welcome email with further information.
  2. Congratulations. Now you’re on the Applicants list. As soon as we have employment offers that are suitable, we will be in touch.
  3. As soon as you have a signed employment offer, we will remove your details from the Directory. You can also email us to remove your details at any time.
  4. Also look out for our regular emails, employment opportunities and events.
